General Questions
01Do you offer warranties?+
Yes. XPEL PPF carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty, our window films are warrantied for life, and ceramic coating packages carry warranties up to 8 years. We stand behind the installation itself, too.
02How do I get a quote?+
Use the booking form, call us, or stop by the shop. Most quotes take just a few minutes once we know your vehicle and goals.
03Do I need an appointment?+
Appointments guarantee your slot and let us prep for your vehicle, but you're always welcome to stop in and talk through options.
04Can you work on leased vehicles?+
Absolutely — tint, PPF, and wraps are all removable, which makes them ideal for leases. Protect the car now, return it to stock later.
05What forms of payment do you accept?+
All major credit cards, debit, and cash. Payment is due at pickup after you've inspected the work with us.
06How far in advance should I book?+
Tint can usually be scheduled within a few days. PPF, wraps, and multi-day coating packages typically book 1–2 weeks out.
Paint Protection Film
Learn More01How long does PPF last?+
XPEL Ultimate Plus is warrantied for 10 years against yellowing, cracking, peeling, and staining. With sensible care it routinely lasts that long and longer.
02Can you see the film on the car?+
No. Ultimate Plus is optically clear. On most vehicles even trained eyes can't spot properly wrapped edges.
03Does PPF damage the paint when removed?+
No — on factory paint in good condition, professional removal leaves the paint exactly as it was underneath.
04How long does installation take?+
A partial front takes about a day; full-front coverage 1–2 days; a full body wrap typically 3–5 days.
Ceramic Coating
Learn More01Does ceramic coating mean I never wash the car?+
You still wash it — but far less often and far more easily. The coating keeps grime from bonding, so maintenance washes are quick and scratch-free.
02Does it prevent rock chips?+
No — a coating protects against chemical and UV damage, not impacts. For impact protection, pair it with Paint Protection Film.
03How long does it last?+
Our Fusion Plus packages carry warranties from 4 to 8 years depending on the tier you choose.
04Can I apply it over PPF?+
Yes — Fusion Plus is formulated to bond to film as well as paint, and it's the best way to keep PPF clean and glossy.
Window Tint
Learn More01Is dark tint legal in Indiana?+
Indiana allows a 30% VLT on front side windows with reasonable variance. We'll walk you through compliant options during your consultation.
02Can window tint be removed?+
Yes — professional removal is safe for the glass and defroster lines, and we can retint immediately after.
03How long before I can roll the windows down?+
We recommend 3–4 days while the film cures, a bit longer in cold weather.
04Will tint interfere with GPS or phone signal?+
No. Ceramic films are non-metallic and have zero effect on GPS, radio, or cellular signals.
Vehicle Wrap
Learn More01Does wrapping damage the paint?+
No — on healthy factory paint, a professionally installed and removed wrap leaves the finish exactly as it was. It actually protects the paint while it's on.
02How long does a wrap last?+
A quality film properly cared for lasts 5–7 years. Garaging and regular hand washes extend its life.
03Can you wrap just part of the car?+
Absolutely — roofs, mirrors, chrome delete, accents, and commercial partial wraps are all common.
04How do I wash a wrapped car?+
Hand wash with pH-neutral soap. Avoid automatic brush washes and high-pressure washing at panel edges.
Paint Correction
Learn More01How long does paint correction take?+
A single-stage enhancement takes about a day. Multi-stage corrections on neglected or show vehicles can take 2–3 days.
02Will the swirls come back?+
Correction permanently removes existing defects. New wash-induced swirls depend on care — we'll teach you a safe wash routine, and a ceramic coating adds real resistance.
03Is correction safe for my paint?+
Yes — we measure the clear coat and remove the minimum necessary. That's the difference between correction and 'buffing'.
04Do I need correction before ceramic coating?+
Almost always at least a light polish. Coating over swirls locks them in for years — prep is everything.
Windshield Protection
Learn More01Can I see the film while driving?+
No — the film is optically clear and installed edge to edge, so there are no visible lines in your field of view.
02How long does it last?+
Typically 12–24 months depending on miles and conditions — think of it as a sacrificial layer that's far cheaper than glass.
03Does it work with rain sensors and cameras?+
Yes, it's fully compatible with ADAS cameras, rain sensors, and HUD systems.
04Can I still use my wipers normally?+
Yes — after the initial cure, wipers work exactly as before. We recommend keeping blades fresh to maximize film life.
The Be Tinted Detail
Learn More01How long does the Be Tinted Detail take?+
Plan for a full day. Heavily soiled interiors or larger vehicles may need a bit more time — we'll confirm when you book.
02How is this different from a car wash detail?+
Everything is done by hand and by machine polisher, in a controlled shop, by technicians who also prep six-figure vehicles for coatings. The standard is simply different.
03How long does the sealant last?+
Expect 4–6 months of protection. Upgrade to a ceramic coating for multi-year durability.
04Can you remove pet hair and stains?+
Yes — pet hair, coffee, makeup, and most stains come out with steam and extraction. Severe cases may need an add-on, quoted up front.
